Grants for NC and Other States

As you apply for the grants, a description of the program is usually required. Please make sure that you “live to the word count” as described in the grant application process. A helpful hint is to type the description into a Word document and use the CHARACTER COUNT that is available under “Tools” and “Word Count” as you go along. When you are finished, cut and paste your work into the online application.
